Do not use them
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET WITH THEM! Boarded my two dogs with them recently and left them in the "penthouse". The lodging area was dark and had the overwhelming smell of urine.
1. Gave my dogs to someone who walked up and requested them, without my consent. Did not try to call me to confirm someone other than me was picking them up...and did not answer their telephone during pick up time.
2. Brought out the wrong dog....yes just one....despite the fact I had left two. The other dog's owner was in the waiting room....looking on in horror.
3. Left their beds for them to sleep on....then on pick up told that they do not allow personal bedding. So apparently my dogs didn't sleep on the beds as I was told. They did eventually "find them".
4. Did not give my dogs their medication as requested.
5. On the day I was there trying to find their bedding, the dogs in the outside fenced area nudged the door open and flooded into the building. Huge lack of oversight.
If you leave your pet with them you should be ashamed. Absolutely should not be used under any circumstance.
