I believe these reviews are not justfied. I have been going to this doggy beauty parlor for about 4-5 years. I have been told by mom, of the business that as long as I bring my puppies in before 12pm they could work them in, and she does. I have 2 Chihuahuas and a Mastiff. The mastiff is huge and it has never taken that long to have her shaved, nails clipped, ears cleaned and teeth brushed....
Anna is a caring dog groomer. I have been taking my son's LARGE dog to her for six years. You can tell that she takes her job seriously, and the animals are well cared for very well.. I would never use any other groomer. She and her son really love the animals.
