Help us make it rightThe Dodo Restaurant has been a Salt Lake City institution since the year 1981. This Sugar House eatery is named after the flightless bird Dodo, which has now gone extinct. Specializing in contemporary American delights, Dodo is a wonderful choice for a family dinner or a lazy brunch. Start a memorable meal with a hearty appetizer of cream cheese baked and drenched in soy sauce, followed by its...

Beautiful ambiance, killer cocktails, outstanding service. We enjoyed a wonderful, relaxed Mother's Day dinner on the Dodo's patio. The location is stunning with a gorgeous view of the Sugarhouse...

The Dodo Restaurant has been serving Salt Lake since 1981. Although The Dodo has changed locations over the years, The Dodo is here to stay in Sugarhouse. Serving Lunch, Dinner and Weekend Brunch. Patio seating available in the Summer.
What About Beverages?: Full service bar and an adequate wine list. There is a $6 corkage fee if you brown-bag.
Park It: Parking has been a problem at the restaurant's residential neighborhood location. There is a small lot, but it fills up quickly.
Got Kids?: There are no high chairs, but booster seats are available. However, there is a "no crybabies" warning on the door.
