Very Disappointed

I was extremely disappointed in the service that I received when I had Fairview Park Dodd Camera develop 10 rolls of wedding film and found the most of them had problems. I was told upon picking up the cd??????s that there were 5 rolls of film that were wound backwards (I don??????t understand this) but that they were able to figure out there was a problem and corrected it... more

The staff at Dodd Camera are some of the most helpful people I have ever come across. I had recently had a problem with my digital camera and took it to Dodd to see if they could help me. Before I took the camera in, I was afraid that it wouldn??t be able to be fixed. I put my camera in the hands of the Dodd crew, came back a day later and my camera was a good as new. My friend is a budding photographer and I went with him to purchase a new digital camera. He said he was very impressed with the selection of the cameras as well as the knowledge all the staff members possessed. He also took in an old camera to get repaired and they did a great job. It was his favorite camera to use for nature shots and he is very happy that he is able to use it again.
