Long wait time. Staff not helpful with concerns or needs. Poor phone etiquette. Treated as a number and/or problem instead of a person. I've taken my children here for several years and over the past 2-3 years, my customer satisfaction has decreased greatly. I will no longer use any of their services or spend another cent at their center.
The staff was so helpful and polite. I am now wearing the most comfortable pair of glasses I have ever owned. Lenses are perfect. I don't know the name of the lady that helped me but she is WONDERFUL!! Would recommend this store to everybody!! So pleased!! Thank you guys so much :)
