Help us make it right

Docks started out in 1976 as the famous Lenny's Clam Bar of Staten Island located on Hylan Blvd. in New Dorp. Owned by their parents Pat & Roger, Trisha was 6 months old and Kim was 6. In the late eighties, Lenny's exchanged hands and the franchise was closed. That's when Pat and her second husband, Frank, reopened Docks Clam Bar at that same location. With a revamped clam bar menu and 19 fresh, innovative pasta dishes, they took things to a new level. In January of 2000 Frank was stricken with a severe aneyurism that left him paralyzed on his left side. No longer able to work, Kim and Trisha took over the store for their parents. For 3 years, they once again revamped the menu, added homemade desserts & blackboard specials, and took things to the next level. In October 2003, after 26 years, the infamous Docks Clam Bar sadly closed it's doors in New Dorp. But have no fear, the new generation is back and better than ever. We have moved to our new location in the Tottenville Commons shopping center located at 240 Page Ave. in Tottenville. With a superior designed atmosphere and our incredibly delectible menu with plenty of new additions, we delightfully await your arrival. Many thanks to all our loyal customers and friends, and a very special thanks to the one who gave us a chance to make this all possible, and to Jennifer for being there when we needed you without question. Kim & Trisha

We went there with a groupon and the service was very slow and our waitress had to check and ask someone if we had a question. My food wasn't good at all. Flavorless shrimp and the sauce was basically canned sauce. We will not go back.

Docks has something for the whole family. Fish lovers will enjoy the raw bar, steak lovers will feast on the blackened 24 ounce porterhouse steak and the kids get plenty of chicken fingers with fries.
