If you have an older furnace (10 years +) it must be Dykstra's company policy to tell customers they have a cracked heat exchanger. That is exactly what they did to me. I made an appointment to get my furnace cleaned and the service man got me so nervous about CO2 leaking into my house he even had me speak with the furnace installation department from his own cell phone!
