Talk about messed up service. 7000 dollars and my generator is still not fixed. Now they say I need a new one after technician blow the hole alternator end apart. He cross phased it and lyed about. Don't trust Roy.

Im looking for a different generator company. Nobody there knows what there doing. If you want leaks, no coolant, little oil and no emergency power. And bills from hell with threating collections.and calls never returned. Go diversified
