Manager charged me for service plan even though I specifically said I didn't want one. Also gave me incorrect info about rebalancing tires. Way to treat a pregnant woman! However Ralf fixed the situation next day.

Wonderful customer service! No charge for flat tire and full tire rotation. In and out in 25 minutes and Christian music playing while I wait...can't get any better! :-)
