I have been dealing with this store for almost 11 years. From our Intex to our Kayak they have helped us out at all turns. I have never experienced one problem with this company. My husband was deployed overseas and I needed a new filter for the Kayak pool. I bought it from them and they brought it over and set it up at no charge. When I needed a new liner they found someone who would complete...
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE..... like the other review writers.... the staff here are very friendly until they make a sale...then they are rude and useless. After you buy from here you are on your own. Do not expect service that won't happen. Don't buy the warranty they will not honor it. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES.
