My wife feels like I was a bit unfair in my rating and I thinking about it, I agree. I have changed my rating to a three. Basically we had good service before and during the sale. My disappointment lies in what was stated above and the post sale support. Since I can be hard to please, I'll error in giving this store the benefit of the doubt.

Anyone can sell you something, but when you have problems or concerns afterward, that is what tells you about a company. ok i had a problem with the service here and i got to tell u a bigger problem with the product they sold me. i got a king size mattress and had it delivered when it got there it had a huge rip in the bottom and the plastic. they tried to cover it up by flipping the mattress but i saw it when i removed the plastic. i called them and when they heard it was me they hung up. i called back no answer...
