They were friendly but ...
After installing my clutch, my hill holder (which is connected to the clutch) immediately started locking up. I called and left a message about my problem but after a couple weeks I realized they had no intention to call back. I dropped it off to have them look at it and I explained the problem, they said they would look at it that same day and get back with me....
