In ShortDillard's is known for affordable items, as opposed to exclusive brands. Staples include DKNY, Tommy Hilfiger, Dana Buchman, BCBG and Kenneth Cole. Dedicated shoppers can occasionally find Charles David boots or Kate Spade bags at cheaper prices than at other department stores. The chain also offers items for kitchen, bed and bath, as well as a full-service travel agency.

Nicole in Junior Dresses was of top shelf assistant to me via telephone. I live in CT but was shopping in the Mentor Ohio store while in Ohio and saw this dress that I left behind, but decided to order by phone. Nicole was fast, efficient, and professional in getting that sent to me. She knew her job, and as always when shopping in Dillards the personnel makes the store. Thank you so much...
