I was a member for more 12 years. When I applied for auto loan it was quick and easy. I was really happy it went so fast. But than problems started. As part of the application I submitted them insurance card. And they missed it and as a result few month later I was surprised with additional $5000 collateral insurance fee. DCU No Longer a Good Place to Bank

Been with DCU since they were inside all the DEC buildings. They were great then. The last 5 years or so they have done a 180, they are no longer "DCU" they have morphed into one of those big banks they claim they are not.
Customer Service is a complete joke! Don't ever expect to get an answer or help. The customer no longer has any value to them. My advice - bank at a smaller credit union...
