I'm not too impressed with this bus company or the bus drivers. Almost everyday there's a fight on my kids bus and the driver ignores everything and everyone. For the first month my kids road they were picked on. Everyday they came home crying and the driver never did a thing. Before placing blame, you should try driving a School Bus yourself. The drivers number one job is driving the bus....and if the kids are that poorly behaved, then the parents need to take some responsibility. They can always raise the ticket price and hire a monitor to ride the bus and deal with the student issues. Things are never quite as easy as they appear.

Worst service I have EVER delt with!!! They dont even have the common courtesy to let you know if they decide to change your pick up/ drop off time! My son goes to morning preschool and i stood outside in the cold waiting on the bus for over 10 min then when i called dietrichs to see what was going on they told me they shown up 30 minutes earlier then his normal pick up time! Don't leave your children with this bus service! My daughter is disabled and rides the bus to and from school. We have a drop off time of 3:05. 3:30 comes around and out daughter isn't home, and no one will answer the phone at the bus depo. WORST customer servicer EVER!!! Treat the kids horrible. My child will walk one mile home than to ride their on their bus service. How sad for the children in Grand Forks.
