I expected a much bigger selection given the store's location in Dallas. Staff was nowhere to be found and I had questions, so I only bought what I actually needed and nothing more.

The customer service here is pretty awesome - I went in to pick up some items for my husband and the customer service rep was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me narrow down my final purchase....

Good store for bricks and mortar. Still prefer online shopping. Rewards program bugs me a little -- spent $100 and got a coupon for $25 off next $100 purchase. Also had some bike repairs done. Nice crew but waited forever for the parts.
