My menu consists of seasonal and regional dishes as well as classic family favorites. I prepare my food using family recipes handed down and some that I have picked up in my years in the kitchen. My cooking is honest and sincere. The ingredients are fresh, wholesome and carefully chosen and the preparation is straight forward and presented as a celebration of flavor.

Dianna herself was very kind, accommodating and willing to work on a holiday for our rehearsal dinner. All of our early interactions with her were positive. However, the food was very undercooked....
