BED BUGS!! 2200 West Airfield Dr DFW Airport, TX. Housekeeping threw out mattress, changed rooms, but completely covered arms and legs with horrid bites!! No one in mgt came to personally apologize profusely or say anything at all. Check out day, and no one is offering compensation. So the proactive award goes to the client. Awesome. The renovated rooms are ok but everything else about this place feels like a prison. There's a cafeteria with limited hours serving mostly greasy short-order type food. Bar closes at 9:00 and guests are "discouraged" from bringing their own alcohol into the rooms.
