We just had the most horrible service experience ever with a pest control service. We have been their loyal customer for many years. This time, Dewey has made an ineffective spray at our house and hence lots of ants are coming in. We ask them for an extra visit as guaranteed by their contract. It took them a whole week before they come. And when they come, the guy was rude and didn't greet us... more
