Very Un Profesional. I came in and said my check engine light came on and he cracked a joke saying that usually means something is wrong. I left my car there for 2 days to finally get a call saying nothing is wrong then to get a call saying that the power steering hose is bad and needs a new battery and with ought giving me a quote or anything. Very rude, horrible customer service, made jokes at my expense, was ignored by receptionist for 10 minutes after I walked in the door ( I'm the only customer there at the time ) and when she did get around to doing her job I was greeted with "what do you want?" I tried to go get my property out of my car that had just been wrecked and towed. I was refused entry into my own car because I was not...

DeWaal & sons towing is the best towing company in Davis county I had a great experience with them towing my car they had someone there to get my car right away and there customer service is the best! Thank you so much DeWaal and sons towing for making a bad experience a good one! I won't use anyone else.
