DO NOT Recommend!! 2 eye exams and they still couldn't get it right. Out Almost $500.00 because they don't stand by their exams. Had to go to Henry Ford Optimeyes in West Bloomfield to get the right prescription. Stay away or get ripped off! BTW - Henry Ford is just around the corner! Read the reviews!!! Trust them!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED. It was all great until the eye exam. I wear progressive lens and have for a long time, the first exam was way off, the second was good with ONE eye only. Designs 4 eyes refused to a third exam to correct this. After paying $488.00 I didn't believe I should be charged another $300.00 for 1 correct lens. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! Ladies at the front desk were very happy and helpful even though we were the last appointment of the night. Appointment was for my daughter (9) so I had her and my son (6) there too. Dr. L was very thorough, professionL and kid friendly. Good visit!

Very pleasant experience. People were great, optomitrist proficient, atmosphere friendly. A bonus was that the office is right there in my neighborhood. Discounts were generous on the presciption glasses ( I believe?). Did not know what to expect on this first visit, but it turned-out fine. Guy Del Franco

The woman who helped us was great. We were hoping we wouldn't have to wait a week for the glasses though. She explained the machine had been down.
