This place is full of OLD WOMEN and less older, but still old and inexperienced hairdressers. It is now called Design By Isbel. Do NOT EVER walk in and get your hair done. To all the Salem State students....GO TO A BARBER SHOP and STAY AWAY! Not worth the money!
