This place will rip you off with their contracts. They will pro-rate to start your membership, but should you leave them they take every penny they can. The employees are inexperienced and are unable to assist you with anything other than signing you up and wiping down a bed. You will be directed to their corporate office if you have any issues. Young staff with minimal customer service skills. They will place themselves in a tanning bed while the paying customer waits - they talk on the phone with friends and you will wait --- the floors are dirty, the stand up room has been under renovation for longer then 6 months without a lot of progress.
