First visit: receptionist on personal cell call, sees me in front of her, ignores me, keeps chatting. Finally I say "I have an appointment...." From then on, all I get is attitude, ice-cold sarcasm and arrogance from all but one of the staff, and the dentist...well, he seems amused. I guess they figured they had me, an easy target. What a sad, funny outfit. I hope the work will last--let's see!...

Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
