I have never been treated so badly. The Dr. tells you to call her if you have any questions, and when you do the office says you can not talk to her and they will have the nurse call you back. The nurse is a total B.......... does not listen to anything you say, just talks over you and makes it clear that she does not have time for phone calls. It was easy to make an appointment at this practice group as it is a group of three dermatologists and two nurse practitioners. The waiting room is not crowded and they run more on schedule than most doctors, though not actually on schedule...
