Nightmare
Please avoid at all costs. I did not even know that I owe them $97, which they billed the insurance agency wrong in the first place, which I corrected them. I am surprised to get a call from collection agency and hear that I owe them money. Called up their offices, and hear from 2 of their staff that it is not their fault, my fault. They did not have the courtsey to send me any notice before. Moreover, they hung up on me. By the way, I am not a yelling kind of person.
Interesting to see how people confuses doctors reviews with billing/front desk, etc. Doctor was great, but that does not offset the bad experience. There are many other doctors with better services and manners, who will not trash your credit.
I have dumped them. I am paying for their service. I do not need any favor. I do not need their service to all of a sudden realize that my credit is trashed and also to get their rude behavior.

Just had my first visit there and will definitely come back, really impressed with the modern setting and overall great patient care.
