No Follow up
I went in for a consult and never heard from them again. I ended up getting my lipo done with another local doctor and I am so happy with the follow up care I received. Dermacare didn't seem to want my business. Their LOSS!

American Laser Clinic in Kennewick closed in Jan 09 leaving over 200 customers with treatments owing and an undetermined number of former customers with unfulfilled guarantees. We offered to perform the balance of treatments owing under the customer's original agreement, but declined to honor the American Laser guarantees beyond one free treatment.
