Communication skills need some work. Waited until last minute to confirm date and time for appointment, then was 2 hours late. Quality of workmanship and cleanliness are top-notch. Was most affordable hot water heater replacement that I found.

We would highly recommend this company. He came out gave us a quote, arrived on time to do the job and even better he lived up to his quote. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself. Will definitely work with him again when needed.
