Had a Saturday morning appointment from 8-11. They never showed up or even bothered to return the message that I left in the early afternoon looking for an update. Unfortunately I didn't see the other reviews until it was too late - I got their info from the appliance store. Hopefully others don't make the same mistake. Call anyone else but these guys.

I wasted three days waiting for service. On day one they had to order the part; one week later they had made a mistake on the scheduling, 2 days later they had delivered the part to the wrong technician. Dependable appliance did not make any attempts to notify me of schedule failures on their part. They are horrible. They are rude. They will waste your time. See other reviews here:...

It has come to my attention regarding the previous review..mrmomz...i looked up who this customer was and found out that yes he had an appointment but unfortunetly mrmomz did not answer his phone , neither home or cell and called back 2 hrs later to say "i m home now , you can come over"..well we were gone from that area and told him we can be there the next morning,but that wasnt good...
