The service on this shift is awful! You need a act of congress to keep your coffee cup full and most of the wait staff seem brain dead and they complain about having to be there. Even the manager on duty seems like he does not want to provide customer sevice to any one. But the graveyard shift and the 7am to 3pm provide some of the best service you can receive, and the coffee is always fresh. I guess ... more
