I took all three of my kids here for years. They never tried to pressure us into buying extra services and always answered all of our questions. In fact, there were times when they helped me save money by not filling a cavity on a baby tooth that would be coming out soon. They could have easily taken advantage of us but they didn't. Let me start out with is this place is very unprofessional. I have been there twice and Cynthia Jones had been screaming about something each time! It's supposed to be a calm enviorment and is far from one! They are extremely disorganized and you can pretty much bet you're gonna wait for a while to get whatever done. Even a simple cleaning. We have been going for years with our child. My wife is patient, I am not. Last two times, 30 minutes in the waiting room then 20 minutes in the back, THEN a simple cleaning & x-rays. 1. Cannot manage work loads. 2. Rarely ever see the dentist, which is good. She is very unprofessional in appearance. 3. The practice is run as a training center for up-an-coming dentists.
The staff is cordial but it doesn't compensate for the lack of planning, lack of professionalism or waste of time. There are 1000 dentists in the Yellow Pages.

This doctor's office schedulerd an appointment and they had moved from the location. They didn't answer the phone when I tried to find out where the new address was. When I called the office phone, there was only an answering machine on. This is very nprofessional and not to mention inconsiderate for them to have me drive all the way from Stone Mtn. to Suwanee.
