One thing that I can not stand is paying customers being treated with no respect!

I am extremely nervous about picking the right dentist for having my wisdom tooth pulled because I've heard so many horror stories! Well I called this place 3 times, to be placed on hold for about 5-10 minutes each.

The worst service. We went there because my husband needed an extraction, not only did they tr to rob us but they were so unprofessional and unkind. We have health insurance ( I work for the Dept of Education) and they refused to take it, they wanted us to pay. When it clearly states that they take our health insurance.
