Unprofessional patient communications. Inflexible policies. There are so many professionally run, quality dentist offices in Madison who would make a bette choice.

Overall for Dental Care, I'd give them a 4. Although there was a hygienist there that I had to make sure that I didn't set up an appointment with. She was very rough, don't think dental cleanings...

We left Madison, but I missed this dental clinic and those dentists and hygienists we met over there. All of they were dedicated and professional. They cared about patients and also did great job...
