Poor Office Staff

I liked Dr. Williams, good demeanor and professional. However, his office staff is extremely rude. I manage over 200 professionals in an office setting, so I am qualified to identify unprofessional behavior and they were indeed disrespectful. My son missed one appt 2 years ago, due to illness (I called too) then we both missed one appt due to moving (I have my closing papers to prove) and my appt card must have been in a box somewhere. My phone number changed and forgetting an appt 6 months from when you made an appt, is a human mistake...especially in the middle of moving. I admitted my mistake, apologized, paid my no-show fee....NOW they expect me to call the day of their openings to make an appt...I can't schedule??? Work with people!!! We have lives, make mistakes, yet pay for them? And, on top of it all...I was always on time with payments...am I missing something???

Really bad, I will NEVER recommend this dentist to anyone...based on the office staff ONLY.

This dentist is the best one I have ever been to. Every time I go I anticipate that this will be the time the Novocain hurts going in but it NEVER does. Dr. Brown is gentle and easy and not once have I had any pain from the procedures. Any pain I have is existing b/c of my tooth issue but the procedures he does are great. And the staff is super nice.
