Dennis' does amazing work--we had our entire back yard designed by them--but we did walk away feeling as though we way-overpaid. For the most part they worked on schedule and the workers were very nice and knowledgable. In general, you are paying for thier well-known name, and could probably get similar results--albeit incredibly beautiful--for much less elsewhere.
Dennis' does have a fabulous selection of plants and planters but lost my business because of a power-tripping manager. He was more interested in being controlling than selling $1000 worth of planters for my deck. He over-ruled a very nice assistant managers decision to unplant two small containers for me. So much for customer service! It felt good to take my business elsewhere and to instruct...
