Called the office to schedule an appointment. The receptionist gave me the wrong address that they have in their system for me, only to found out I was terminated from the practice for owing a balance. I didn't know about the balance because they had the wrong address. I pay my bills correctly and on time. Would gladly have paid what I owe had I been contacted. They don't even give you a chance...

I am not a person that goes to the doctor often. Therefore, I had moved since seeing my last Doctor. Figuring after 5 years or more, I should go for a physical, I called Mason-Zied's office for an appointment. BE FOREWARNED! Make sure they are scheduling you for a physical.
