One thing I really liked about Deluxe Dye Works & Area Rug was that they were willing to come to the house and move furniture to get the rug up. That helped a lot. The guys were professional and efficient, and the rugs came back clean. It's expensive, but worth it.

I have recommended Deluxe Dye Works & Area Rug to many people. I've used them myself for many years. They are the only people I know of that do the kinds of services they do. They are very fast and efficient. They tell me things about my carpet that I didn't eve know!

It was all great! Deluxe Dye Works & Area Rug came, loaded up all the rugs, and took them to be cleaned. It all looks fine now. I also liked that Renee came out to talk with me.

I went to Deluxe Dye Works & Area Rug to clean four rugs that had not been touched in six years. I did the delivery and pick-up to their location myself. It took them about a week to complete. They warned me ahead of time that, based on their construction, they may not survive the cleaning. He assured me though that he would do his best to keep them from falling apart. Very happy with the quality of service, but customer service needs improvement

Deluxe Dye Works & Area Rug's customer service seems pretty nonexistent, but the quality of their service of cleaning rugs was great. They picked up the rugs, I asked them some questions, and they never got back to me. They never called and I had to follow up. They need to track their customers. They said they were very busy. I was surprised that they weren't on top of the job.
