LOVE this laundromat - it's clean, feels safe, and there are employees there to help you get started. The machines use a card payment system, which means no more fumbling for quarters - you purchase a card for $1, then add cash to it and swipe it at each machine. Groupon had a offer going for this cleaner, it was a great deal so I decided to take my comforter there to have it cleaned- I took it on a thursday around lunch got a quote. I told the lady at the counter I had a groupon and she said that's fine to bring it back upon pickup- I asked her how long it would take she said how fast do you need it i said as soon as possible so she said might be on saturday if it is she would call me... When I google this place I keep getting it confused with the same one they have apparently in Chapel Hill - just to be clear I'm reviewing the location in Durham near MLK and University (sort of near the Target and Harris Teeter). I live about 5 min away so have been coming here for a while, I bring my lab coats and other work clothes and have been very satisfied. Not clear what happened but...
