Never go here. I got the worst haircut ever today, I almost started crying in the salon. I asked for a trim, and the hairdresser cut off about 2 inches! I have a bob to begin with, but now it's almost short enough to be a pixie cut, and so matronly - even though I'm in my 20s. I got my hair highlighted and cut about a week ago. I didn't have an appointment and the only available hairdresser was what they consider the highest in their ranking because of their experience.
