Della Manor apts are nice from the outside and fairly quiet. Manager spends more time drinking than anything else and is never in the office. We had a mouse infestation for months before calling the owner of the complex and only then got it taken care of. Not family friendly. I don't recommend looking into getting an apt here, go to payette or fruitland.
