I completely agree with the previous review; I guess much hasn't changed in nine years:

I would caution anyone against using the services of Delek Auto: they overcharge, and the quality of their work is questionable. My car overheated in February 2011, and was towed by AAA to Delek Auto. I worked with Andy; he said that my radiator needed to be replaced and charged me $800 for parts and labor to remove and replace it. I should mention that I own a 2000 Toyota Corolla. It’s by no means a fancy car, so I thought $800 was a bit excessive. Still, I didn’t know how much radiators cost and...

I called to get an estimate and was told No estimate over the phone policy, I brought my vehicle to the shop and had a conversation about my stalling probelm, just by listening to my concern and previous experience, they ruled my ignition switch was bad.
