The Best Chinese In Del Mar 92014

Del Mar Rendezvous is the best chinese or asian restaurant in Del Mar, CA or even all of San Diego, CA. They have an amazing Gluten Free Menu and a really good wine happy hour and no corkage fees on Monday nights. The Owner Dan is a really cool guy and really knows what he is doing with his restaurant. If you are looking for quality food this is the place. I highly recommend Del Mar Rendezvous for chinese food! (Edited October 26, 2011)

nice date night here, had a glass of wine upstairs watching the sunset and then came down for dinner. We did the tapas and they were excellent. Waiter said 3 tapas for 2 of us, but it wasn't enough. We needed 4 dishes, but I guess it depends on what you get. dumpligs were excellent.

Excellent cashew chicken!!!!! The mongolian beef was not very exciting - pretty bland. The dumplings were delicious. restaurant is small and you don't want to sit at a table right next to the kitchen, or you will get bumped into by servers and other workers.
