I contacted this husband & wife team about their services. Needless to say, after one meeting, I was convinced that these were not the people to do business with!! The husband (John, I think) was about as arrogant as they come! He actually started to curse out one of his employees within earshot of me!

I arranged a face-to-face meeting with them. Needless to say, when I arrived, they were no where to be found. When I finally contacted them, they were shockingly unforgiving about it!
