THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, If they don't get the yard waist they won't get recycling, when you call your on hold for at least 25 minutes then told they are going to put in a "work order" and it will be addressed soon. Usually the next week. When you explain they are not fulfilling their part of the contract they put you back on hold for another 20 minutes. I've had to call multiple times for the last 6 months. Before contracting with Deffenbaugh search the other services if you want your trash picked up.

I'll cancel this trashy company.... They don't pick up our trash because a car is blocking in front of trash.... I saw the car was NOT blocking trash can!The car was 10feet away from the trash can.
I called customer service, and he told me that they no longer pick up cans by hands. So, if the truck can't reach to trash can, they don't have to pick up....
I thought it was joke! Do you know how much we pay for the once a week pick up? We pay over $100 every three month! Close to $10 for each pick up!!
Also, they will CHARGE US if we want them to pick up the trash can in same week!

This company is a saint! I read all of these complaints and wonder ""what are you tinking?"". Why do people place these insane expectations on this service provider? Try calling your cable company and asking for a discount because you didn't watch all the channels last week. Try calling your internet provider and ask for faster speeds and better connectivity for a lower price. Try going to the post office with a parcel that is incorrectly packaged and tell them they need to take it no matter what.All of these companies would laugh at you. People would never consider doing these things, but...

I had a dumster for 3 months no problem and then they said that they where cancealing my service because they where afraid of crushing my brigde. I dont have a bridge. So they said your driveway has to many curves in it. My drive is straight. So i called them back and nobody would ever return my phone call not even the manager. DONT USE THEM UNLESS U HAVE TOO!.
