Nice place were i feel safe at. Does have a nice pool. They are well maintained and have great staff, lounge chairs and dining tables with a gym and a nice grill for parties.
Dearfield apartment provides a safe ( gated entrance)surround botanical area with a pool,exerciser room,playground,small pond, new wash area's. Several residence have been here over twelve years. The residence are amicable( mind their own business)but watch out for each others apartments .we have on ground security. Maintinence response rapidly.the office staff provide a yearly

Overall my experience in his ment complex is better than other places I've lived. I've encountered a lot of problems while living here but they try their best to work with me on getting things taken care of
It's 945 sq ft, 2 br, 2bath. We lost our home and now we live here with 400 sq ft less then what we're used too so it's a little small. This would be a blessing in its self. It's a nice place to live.
I have lived here for 2 years. Quiet, gated complex with nice amenities. Staff is great, including maintenance. They know who their tenants are. Apartments are roomy with a 1 BR at 774 SF.
