I went to this store on Black Friday and after standing in line for hours, and then digging through piles and piles of jeans strewn all over the store on the floor so that you could barely walk and basically battling this disorganized mayhem...My girlfriend and I purchased over $400 worth of jeans. The inventory was so hard to weed through, that we were told to go ahead and 'just buy whatever' and exchange it later....by more than one employee. By the way....on both occasions that I visited this store the music was blaring and it was very dusty/dirty....especially the dressing rooms. The manager, Mike, was the one who checked us out and he reiterated the exchange/return deadline of Jan 15. I personally bought 8 pairs of LA Idol jeans for $25 each. ALL L.A. Idol jeans in the store were $25. That includes kids, Misses, and Plus. I wasn't sure what size my girls were going to need and was assured that I could return or EXCHANGE any LA Idol jean for any LA Idol jean as long as I did so by January 15. Well, today , January 15, I tried to do that and the manager, Mike, who would not speak with me directly (as there was no manager in the store) and chose to hide behind his poor, sweet retail clerk, Jaz. He instructed not to honor the exchange and would only allow a return. It was explained that prices increased recently and they could no longer honor that policy!! I asked for his number, his manager's contact info, the names of the owner, etc. and was not given any info. Mind you, I'm only asking to exchange THREE pairs for different sizes......not brands.....seriously?? Is this what you call customer service? I am a small business owner and cant imagine treating my customers this way. If this is how you run a business, I won't be going back and will be sure to let everyone I know about my experience.
Very Disappointed! I tried posting this on their Facebook but they just kept deleting it with no response. We've been shopping at your store since you were at the last location and have told everyone how great it is. My sister lost everything she owns in a house fire last week. When she was asked where she wanted gift certificates from she said Decadence. The only pair of pants that were saved were LA Idols from your store that i have been desperately trying to get the smoke smell out bcuz she loved them so much! Sadly, today when I was using her gift certificate and trying to use another coupon I was given a hard time about the coupon and lied to that it was online only. Not wanting to argue as I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and tired of standing I just said forget it. I really hope you guys can fix this.

I love this store. I m a student so I don t have a lot of extra cash to spend on clothes, but this store is pretty affordable and I love how they offer coupons and deals on facebook :D. I feel like I can actually buy myself something nice without going over my budget. The customer service is okay, pretty much like any other store. Never had any problems.
Horrible! Will never shop there again! My issue was also with a man that was rude. I bought a dress the fell apart the first time I wore it. I puchased it for vacation and had to hold it up to get back to the hotel as it is strapless. I was so embarrased! I purchased the dress at the Grand Opening at Superstition Springs Mall. I was well aware that there was a no return policy for that day....
