I've had great service from Dearman Optical for years. I think I first got an eye exam and glasses from them in 2007. Had great service from them a few weeks later when a friend broke them showing me how bendable these new kind of frames were. Had great service from them again about 3 weeks ago when my frames broke the day before I was to travel out of town. (They'd gotten bent in my purse!)...

beware of the sales pitch and the add on workers has a sales pitch to try and get you to add on things that you may not need wait time even with an appointment is 30 min to an hour
