I rented an auto trailer. Everything worked as expected, except the tie down strap to secure the right front tire was frayed and too short to reach the ratchet. I had to improvise with a strap of my own. The office smelled like old marijuana smoke.
Can't even rate it... There's not a less than star... They had my boyfriends car for over 2 weeks to fix the A/C and radio.. And to clean it... Needless to say they dropped the car off and the only thing done was the radio because they took it to the VW dealer at exadtly the same time I was supposed to pick it up to have the radio fixed... The A/C didn't work when they dropped it off.. Same part not working that he supposedly replaced... Car was filthy inside and oiut... He was supposed to look at my car... Within 10 min. I told my boyfriend I didn't want him to touch my car.. That was...
