I contacted A To Z because they were listed as a certified Miele repair service. The technician looked at the dishwasher and said he would need to contact Miele. He stated he would call on Sunday evening and schedule the repair for the following week. He never called. I have called Aaron Dean, owner, who has not followed up. So, I'm out $69 for the service call and no repair. I must start over. Very poor service. If they do not know how to repair my dishwasher, they owe me the courtesy of phone call telling me so.
