I can always find what I want there. The staff can help when I bring in a "whatchmacallit" and they can help me find/fix it. They educate me about the products that are new to me. Good location plenty of parking.

Shopping in this store is a pleasure, because there are so many employees around to help. I probably pay a premium compared to Home Depot, but the service and convenience is well worth it. I shop there nearly every week.
